• Meet The Team

  • Leone F. Elliott Jr.,  M.D., MBA

Founder | Chief Medical Officer | Artist

As an avid artist, practicing physician and business professional, Dr Elliott's vision for the Healthcare Gallery and Wellness Spa is the culmination of both his love for art and medicine. He likes to say he functions as a wellness program architect in that he believes each individual should have a medically-integrated, nutrition, therapy and fitness plan that is uniquely designed for them. This full service, technology-driven, wellness studio within the walls of a functional art gallery is the first of its kind in the world. This ultimately led to his invitation to share his ideas on the TEDxLSU stage in 2014. His mantra "Art is Medicine, Nutrition is Medicine, and Exercise is Medicine" further exemplifies his devotion to providing wellness care from a holistic perspective. He is committed to helping each individual achieve their wellness goals so they too can see health as not just the absence of disease, but rather as a true vitality. He continues to prove that providing this sort of innovative, wellness care model in an art-centric space, among like-minded practitioners, gives the individual the optimal environment to focus on their greatest asset...their health.

Thus, she has combined her doctorate level study of physical therapy from Washington University in St. Louis with her personal experiences to develop a model of patient care that puts the patient first. She provides one-on-one services, in which she strives to identify the cause of the patient’s symptoms.
